Please be aware that in order to physically volunteer on campus during the school year there is a set of requirements that the district requires you take prior to being approved.  The application for the 2026/2027 school year is available on Parent Square in Aeries. 

Here is the list of requirements to volunteer on campus:

 - Complete the application (must be done every year)

 - Complete a live scan background check (checks you may have done previously for other organizations are not accepted). You can download the form that needs to be completed at the facility HERE.  

 - A TB test result (results are good for 4 years so you just need to submit proof from past results if you had one)

 - California Megan's Law Database Check - a screenshot showing your name was searched

 - A copy of a Valid form of Identification (drivers license or passport)

 - Proof of Completion for Mandated Reporter Training (*New in 2026-2027).  You can complete the course HERE
